ENHANCEMENT: "Not available" alert

Sometimes it's small changes that make a difference.

I'm in the middle of an extended project, and sometimes need to break out and do other development to disengage.

So I had a look through our dev log one night last week, and picked out an easy enhancement that a user had spoken to me about a while back.

Less than an hour later, it was done and ready for release.

I estimate we saved the 250-odd users who logged in the following day at least 30 hours of work between them (conservatively).
