NEW FEATURE: Rebalance Mode

I don't think anyone likes doing rebalances. But they're a regular occurrence and something we see a lot of in ProductRex.

We've got a brand new feature to support rebalances and make them significantly faster - Rebalance Mode.

Simply click the % icon under a platform name, and you're able to modify a platform's assets by percentage, rather than a dollar amount. This makes rebalancing an account back into line with its risk profile a breeze.
